Program Description

Pick up from hotels and drive to Akuressa or Handunugoda (depending on the number of participants). Visit a tea plantation and factory. Time for lunch in Udawalawe town (on your own expense). Next on the agenda is a jeep ride through Udawalawe National Park. Finally, a visit to an orphanage for elephants and an opportunity to observe their feeding. Return to hotels.
Due to the dust and dry air, the tour is not recommended for children under the age of three. If a child will be participating, it is advisable to take a mask for them.
