Program Description

Get ready for four action-packed days in the heart of wild Kenya. Explore the stunning diversity of Kenya: from the red, volcanic plains of Tsavo East National Park to the sweeping views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You’ll be guided by experienced rangers who will help you spot the Big Five.

On the first day, you’ll depart at dawn toward Tsavo East National Park, and your adventure begins immediately with a game drive en route. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, elephants, buffalo, or giraffes moving across the red-dusted landscape. Upon arrival, you’ll check in at Ashnil Aruba Lodge, enjoy lunch and take some time to relax before heading out on your afternoon game drive. You will end the evening with a majestic sunset over the savannah and dinner.

On day two, after an early breakfast, you’ll leave Tsavo behind and make your way to Amboseli National Park, famous for its vast herds of elephants. After a morning game drive, you’ll arrive at Amboseli Sentrim Camp for lunch. Later, jump back into the 4x4 for an afternoon safari. You’ll search for cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, lions, hippos and, of course, elephants. With a bit of luck, clear skies will reveal the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, providing truly unforgettable photo opportunities. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.

Day three begins with a morning safari in Amboseli - the ideal time to witness active wildlife. After breakfast, you’ll head toward Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, where lunch awaits. Later, you’ll transfer to the remarkable Salt Lick Safari Lodge - an extraordinary lodge built on stilts above a floodlit waterhole that attracts animals throughout the day and night. In the afternoon, you’ll set off for another game drive in the sanctuary. After sunset, you’ll experience a highlight of the trip: an exciting night safari, giving you the chance to spot nocturnal species. Dinner and an overnight stay will take place at this unique lodge.

On the fourth day, you’ll head out at dawn for one last morning safari, enjoying the beauty and stillness of Kenya’s wilderness. After returning for breakfast, you’ll set off again for your final game drive. After lunch at the lodge, you’ll say goodbye to the savannah and begin your journey back to Mombasa.

The order of sightseeing and the itinerary may change.
